Graduate cellist Chenoa Orme-Stone will present a doctoral recital with UCSB faculty members Jennifer Kloetzel (cello) and Dr. Natasha Kislenko (piano/harpsichord) on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 7:30 pm in Karl Geiringer Hall. The program will feature movements from J.S. Bach's Cello Suite No. 6, Antonio Vivaldi's Concerto for Two Cellos in G minor, and movements from Robert Schumann's Cello Concerto in A minor. 
 
Cellist Chenoa Orme-Stone has appeared as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral member in concert venues across the United States and Europe. She has performed with renowned ensembles such as the Diamond Ensemble and the Copenhagen Philharmonic, and appeared in numerous music festivals such as Icicle Creek Chamber Music Festival and PULSAR Festival of Contemporary Music. Chenoa holds a Master of Music degree from the Royal Danish Academy of Music, where she studied with Morten Zeuthen, and a Bachelor of Music degree from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she studied with Emilio Colón. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at UC Santa Barbara as a student of Jennifer Kloetzel. Learn more at chenoacello.com.
