Purchasing Tickets to UCSB Department of Music Events
Tickets may be purchased online at music.ucsb.edu/news/purchase-tickets, at the door, at the Associated Students Ticket Office, or by calling (805) 893-2064. The AS Ticket Office is located in UCEN Room 1535, across from the Corwin Pavilion. The AS Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 am-5 pm in Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters, and Monday through Friday from 10 am-4 pm in Summer.

Children under the age of 12 are admitted free to all Department of Music events unless otherwise noted. The Department of Music requires a ticket for all children. Youth tickets may be reserved in advance by visiting the AS Ticket Office on the UCSB campus (UCEN Room 1535, across from Corwin Pavilion) or by contacting the AS Ticket Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or (805) 893-2064.
UCSB students with a valid UCSB student ID are admitted free to MOST Department of Music events (exceptions include the UCSB Middle East Ensemble concerts and UCSB Chamber Choir and Women's Chorus concerts). UCSB students may reserve a free ticket in advance by visiting the AS Ticket Office on the UCSB campus (UCEN Room 1535, across from Corwin Pavilion) or by contacting the AS Ticket Office at email@example.com or (805) 893-2064.
UC Santa Barbara Associated Students manages all ticket transactions for the Department of Music. As part of UCSB AS policy, a convenience fee of $1.00 will be added to all in-person, online, and over-the-phone transactions to facilitate the handling and delivery of your tickets.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final. Please double check your tickets at time of purchase for discrepancies. In the event of a cancelled performance, ticket holders will be notified via email of the cancellation and will have the opportunity to exchange their tickets for another event of equal value.
If tickets are no longer available for purchase online, tickets may still be available at the door. Depending on the event, tickets are available for purchase 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Seating is general admission in all Department of Music venues. Doors typically open half an hour to fifteen minutes prior to the start of an event. We recommend arriving fifteen to twenty minutes early to secure parking. See our Maps & Directions page for more information on parking locations and rates.
Late seating is typically allowed between pieces at the discretion of the front of house staff. Please wait for an usher to direct you into the hall at the appropriate time.
All Department of Music venues offer wheelchair and special needs seating options. Please call the AS Ticket Office at (805) 893-2064 for more details.
Food and Drink
Food and drink are prohibited in all Department of Music venues.
Skateboards, scooters, and other large items must be checked with an usher prior to entering a venue. Patrons may claim these items at the time of their departure from the venue.
Animals are prohibited in all Department of Music venues, with the exception of those trained to assist persons with disabilities as defined by the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Requirements for Service Animals.
